PRC is Australia’s only national independent, not-for-profit organisation with a singular focus on parenting.  It has considerable experience in developing parenting education and support programs and coordinating national parent support initiatives designed to support parents of children who have complex needs, including children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder; for example, the Signposts Building for Better Behaviour and the MyTime programs.

PRC is also part of the Raising Children Network consortium which provides the national parenting information website funded by the Australian Government. The Raising Children website includes a range of new information resources for parents of children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The Senior Consultant to the Early Days is Amanda Golding, who has extensive knowledge of the Australian Autism community and the many challenges faced by parents and professionals.
